About the Role

Serves as a developing professional in an architectural design team, developing and finalizing work on specific elements of a project under the direction and supervision of a Senior Architect or senior team member

What you will be doing

Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams including external and specialist consultants and partners.
Keep abreast of the latest software and techniques to increase productivity.
Partcipate in client meetings and project reviews of internal and external multidisciplinary teams.
Participate in setting of personal KPI’s.
Proactively participate in weekly BIM meetings.
Proactively participate in weekly project design and coordination meetings.
Support Pace standards for quality, design, coordination, technical documentation and budgets.
Support quality standards through the Pace QM QA-QC processes in the production of BIM models.

Required Experience

Minimum 0-4 years post undergraduate experience.

Education

Bachelor degree in architecture engineering.

Certifications & Memberships

Certification from Saudi Society of Engineers or local equivalent based on country requirement.

Essential Skills

Introductory level technical knowledge of practice line discipline
Introductory level of understanding of the design process and interfaces between design disciplines
Demonstrate capability and willingness to learn Autodesk Revit, Autodesk BIM 360, Navisworks, presentation software and working on projects in a BIM environment
Demonstrate interest in and willingness to learn Industry BIM standards, processes and general approaches
Experience in support the development of projects in Revit and AutoCAD
Experience to extract, manipulate, validate and present BIM model information as required
Evidence of good architectural design skills
Evidence of general understanding of space planning and functional adjacencies
Familiar in variety of software / media in the development, presentation and documentation of a design
Capable of researching materials and learning about their properties & potential applications
Support development of wall, partition, door, louvre & finishes schedules etc. for costing, procurement and quality installation
Awareness of specifications, content and purpose as a design and contract document
Awareness of Safety in Design requirements
Proven track record of good Presentation skills (drawn, written & verbal)
Proficiency in Rhinoceros and/or other 3D design tools
