About the Role
- The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the CFO’s office. The EA will act as a key liaison between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders, manage confidential financial information with the highest level of discretion, and coordinate critical financial and business activities. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. What you will be doing
- Manage the CFO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support the CFO and Finance team to prepare and coordinate financial reports, presentations, and briefing materials for Pace Leadership Team (PLT) and executive meetings.
- Handle confidential financial and business information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing inquiries and correspondence on behalf of the CFO.
- Assist in organising and coordinating financial meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Work closely with the Finance team to track deadlines, reports, and project deliverables.
- Support budget planning and financial reporting processes by tracking and providing follow-ups to the gathering of necessary data and documentation.
- Assist in preparing board reports, investor presentations, and other key financial documents.
- Support the implementation of financial systems and process improvements by coordinating with relevant teams.
- Maintain an efficient filing system for financial and compliance documents, ensuring easy retrieval and reference.
- Assist in tracking and managing key financial initiatives, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.
- Help streamline communication within the Finance department and other departments across the organisation.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CFO.
- Act as a liaison between the CFO and PLT, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Facilitate internal and external meetings, including taking minutes and ensuring action items are executed.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with PLT, C-suite executives, and other key internal and external stakeholders.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative role, preferably within a financial or professional services.
- Prior experience supporting C-suite executives and Board members, ideally in finance or professional services industries.
- Strong understanding of financial terminology, corporate governance, and business administration.
- Experience managing highly confidential financial information and executive-level communications.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.

- Bilingual in Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
