About the Role

Apply project management and planning tools and techniques to ensure that the project finish date and milestones are successfully acheived.

What you will be doing

Actively highlight any potential delays.
Analyze and approve extension of time and claims.
Communicate with all trades and provide efficient feedback.
Develop presentations and reports.
Ensure that long lead materials are submitted, procured and delivered on time.
Examine the recovery plans.
Initiate and reply to formal letters.
Monitor the site and engineering activities based on the approved construction schedule.
Review and action the construction schedules and recommend areas for improvements.

Required Experience

10 years + or as required by related supervision agreement.

Education

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.

Certifications & Memberships

Certification from Saudi Society of Engineers or local equivalent based on country requirement.

Essential Skills

Excellent communication skills.

Compilation of various project reports as directed by management from time to time.
