About the Role

  • The HRIS Support Specialist will provide smooth operations of our HRIS ( SuccessFactors) by delivering expert support and driving improvements across various SuccessFactors modules for a user base of approximately 1,000 employees, that are now transitioning from no prior HRIS system to SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate possesses technical expertise, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a proactive mindset, coupled with the ability to work independently. In this role, you will navigate challenges, perform system configurations, drive system adoption, and optimise processes to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing utilisation of SuccessFactors modules, while continuously enhancing system performance. 

What you will be doing

  • Analyse stakeholder requirements to understand their needs and challenges, propose tailored solutions aligned with their objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance and IT teams to review and refine HR processes, ensuring optimal utilisation of system capabilities and promoting effective user adoption.
  • Configure SuccessFactors modules to meet requirements and drive continuous process improvements, enhancing system functionality and user experience.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive HRIS documentation, including training materials, user guides, and operational manuals, to support ongoing learning and system utilisation.
  • Deliver post-go-live support, conduct regular system reviews to monitor performance, manage required upgrades and SuccessFactors releases and resolve incidents.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to equip users with the skills and knowledge needed to maximise the system’s potential and ensure effective adoption.
  • Manage configuration changes to address their needs effectively, and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation reflecting the latest changes.
  • Provide expert support for implemented SuccessFactors modules, including Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and Compensation, while supporting the implementation of additional modules as required.

Required Experience

  • Over 3 years experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, support, or administration across relevant modules. 
  • Proven experience in analysing business requirements, managing configuration changes, resolving system issues, and optimising HR processes to ensure alignment with system capabilities. 
  • Experience in developing and maintaining HRIS documentation. 
  • Familiarity with integrating SAP SuccessFactors with external systems. 
  • Proven communication and collaboration skills, with project experience of working closely with HR, IT, Finance and end-users. 
  • Experience in the GCC region is highly desirable. 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field is required. 
  • Master’s degree in a related field is preferred. 
     

Certifications & Memberships

  • Additional training courses, professional and personal development with membership to professional groups, societies or institutes, desired.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in relevant modules is preferred.

  • Demonstrates collaborative working, is team-oriented with a focus on stakeholder satisfaction and continuous learning. 
  • Can self-manage work, with the ability to work independently, set own priorities, define standards, and manage time effectively to meet organisational goals. 
  • Fluent in English and proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
