About the Role

Supervise and manage the processes related to the site work preparation, execution, verification, and validation of Contractor’s submissions, site works and effective implementation.

What you will be doing

Check and report on quality control and health and safety matters on site.
Highlight and address problems and issues that arise during construction.
Inspect and manage day to day site activities.
Manage and coordinate the submitted technical requests.
Present review comments to senior for further evaluation.
Provide technical support to Site Inspection teams for operations and materials review and verify submittals / transmittals against contract requirements and project specifications

Required Experience

Over 5 years’ experience or as required by related construction supervision agreement.
Experience having worked with reputable consultant engineering firms within the industry.

Education

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

Certifications & Memberships

Essential Skills

Knowledge and working practice of statutory authority requirements and regulations.
Knowledge and working use of codes, regulations and submission requirements.
Knowledge of related latest software.
Collaborates, Works effectively in a site team.
Can communicate clearly, providing updates and reports.
Has excellent communication in English. Arabic is an advantage.
Use technical competence to provide advice and guidance.
Organisational skills to plan and coordinate work.
Has high attention to detail and takes pride in accurate information.
Can manage task and work to time and deadlines.
