About the Role
Supervise and manage the processes related to the site work preparation, execution, verification, and validation of Contractor’s submissions, site works, and effective implementation are all in accordance with drawings, specifications and local regulations.
What you will be doing
Review the technical specifications and provide awareness to their discipline team members.
Receive technical documents (from routing) and distribute as appropriate amongst the Discipline Team members.
Review and verify Submittals / Transmittals against contract requirements and project specifications.
Review the technical and operational specifications and provide awareness to their discipline team members.
Receive site methodology, inspection and supply chain documents (from routing) and distribute as appropriate amongst the Discipline Team members.
Provide technical support to the related discipline Site Inspection Teams for operations and materials.
Present review comments to RE / PD for further evaluation and endorsement to present back to the Contractor.
Prepare technical and supply chain related correspondence for RE review.
Prepare operational related correspondence for RE / PD review.
Manage to guide and coordinate the submitted technical document reviews (shop and as built), including review of the comments presented by the discipline team members.
Manage to guide and coordinate the submitted supply chain document reviews (PQ, MAS, FAT), including review of the comments presented by the discipline team members.
Manage to guide and coordinate the submitted site methodology and inspection document reviews (MS, ITP, RA, IR, MIR, SAT, etc.), including review of the comments presented by the discipline team members.
Coordinate communications with the Corporate CoE Department regarding technical issues and queries.
Attend and/or chair the discipline related technical, operational and supply chain meetings as appropriate
Required Experience
Over 5 years experience in site work.
Experience having worked with reputable Engineering firms, preferably consulting firms.
Practical knowledge and experience of related latest software.
Education
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Landscape Architecture.
Certifications & Memberships
Certification from Saudi Society of Engineers or local equivalent based on country requirement.
