About the Role

Supervise and manage the processes related to the site work preparation, execution, verification, and validation of Contractor’s submissions, site works and guidance for an effective implementation.

What you will be doing

Manage to guide and coordinate the submitted site methodology and inspection document reviews (MS, ITP, RA, IR, MIR, SAT, etc.), including review of the comments presented by the team members.
Manage and coordinate the submitted technical document reviews (shop and as built), including review of the comments presented by the team members.
Coordinate the communications regarding technical issues and queries.
Manage to guide and coordinate the submitted supply chain document reviews (PQ, MAS, FAT), including review of the comments presented by the discipline team members.
Prepare technical and related correspondence for RE.
Present review comments to RE for further evaluation and endorsement before forwarding back to the Contractor.
Receive and review site methodology, inspection and documents.
Receive technical documents and distribute as appropriate amongst the Junior Team members.
Review and verify Submittals / Transmittals against contract requirements and project specifications.
Review the technical specifications and provide awareness to the team members.
Review Attend technical, operational meetings as required.
Provide technical support to Site Inspection Teams for operations and materials.

Required Experience

Over 10 years experience or as required by related construction supervision agreement.
Experience having worked with reputable consultant engineering firms within the industry.
Full knowledge and working practice of statutory authority requirements and regulations.
Knowledge and working use of codes, regulations and submission requirements.

Education

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

Certifications & Memberships

Certification from Saudi Society of Engineers or local equivalent based on country requirement.
Saudi Council of Engineers (SSE) Membership or any local engineer's society membership, i.e. CRPEP (for Bahrain).
